Our Commitment
We are committed to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion in our workplace and interactions with clients and stakeholders.
We recognise that individuals who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer/questioning, and other identities (LGBTQ+) may face unique challenges, and we are dedicated to supporting them and advocating for their rights.

Non-Discrimination and Harassment
We have a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination, harassment, or victimization, which extends to all aspects of our work environment and interactions with clients and stakeholders.

We also provide training and education to all employees to foster understanding, respect, and inclusion for LGBTQ+ individuals.
Gender Identity and Expression
We respect and affirm each individual’s self-identified gender and are committed to providing a supportive environment for transgender and gender non-conforming individuals.
This includes respecting individuals’ pronouns and names, providing access to gender-neutral restrooms, and supporting individuals through any gender transition process.
